 Scientific writing, entitled "Influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment To Increase Employee Performance at PT. Pelita Abadi Trans "aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment to increase the performance of employees at PT. Pelita Abadi Trans. The analysis tool used is, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination, T Test and Test F.
 The results of multiple regression analysis for the constant value of 5,555, to 0,293 worth of work motivation and to the work environment 0.451. Multiple correlation coefficient indicates a strong relationship between variables seen from the value of 0.773 count r> r table 0,308. The coefficient of determination shows the motivation and the work environment affects 70.0% performance improvement. The results of the t test for assessment work motivation on performance improvement obtained t value (2.995)> t table (2.002) then Ha is accepted, then the work motivation significantly influence employee performance improvement, for the working environment of the performance improvement obtained by value t ( 3.632)> t table (2.002) then Ha is accepted, then the work environment variables significantly influence employee performance improvement. F test results obtained F count (45.464)> F table (3.238) then Ha is accepted that there is significant influence between motivation and work environment to increase employee performance together.
